Direct-hire recruitment, the way it should run

LG Recruitment Services is a US permanent recruitment partner. We do not run staffing or temp desks. Every candidate we introduce is a direct-hire, salaried placement that starts on your payroll the day they join. That focus is the entire reason we exist.

Our consultants take a brief in person where geography allows and on a video call where it does not. The brief covers the role itself, the team it sits in, the manager's working style, the must-haves and the deal-breakers, the salary band and the timeline. We send a written brief back to confirm we have it right before any candidate is approached.

The shortlist is small and ranked. Three to six candidates, each vetted, each with our written notes on motivation, salary expectations, availability and cultural fit. You see why we shortlisted each one and where they sit relative to each other.

Every placement carries a free replacement period. If a hire leaves or is dismissed inside the agreed window, we re-run the search at no charge. The window is usually 8 to 12 weeks for most roles, longer for senior hires.
